Hotel Directions

For many tourists, the car represents, therefore, the best suited and flexible vehicle to get them to Leofoo Resort. The way is pretty much straight from Taipei driving along major national routes. This would take a drive of around 90 minutes from Taipei to get there. One huge benefit about coming by car is the very large, free, and safe parking facility which allows arriving and settling to be very stress-free. And having a vehicle in addition gives an opportunity that one may explore other places of interest within the Hsinchu area in case one is on a lengthy voyage.

International travelers arriving at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) have the most direct option to pre-book a private transfer or a taxi. The trip takes approximately 45-60 minutes, providing a convenient, door-to-door service at quite an expensive fare, though it also is a good option to get a rental car from the airport. Getting to and from the airport by public transport is quite cumbersome for first-timers with luggage and hence not much recommended.

Much travelled public transport route from Taipei takes a combo of HSR and taxi. Initially, from Taipei Main Station take the High-Speed Rail to Hsinchu Station, which takes around 30 minutes. Then you are supposed to get a taxi from the Hsinchu HSR station to the hotel, that’ll again take 30 minutes. For an alternative direct bus line, during my research, the E-Go bus service proved to be quite handy; they offer a direct bus service from a stop near Taipei Songshan Airport to Leofoo Village Theme Park, which is indeed known to be a very handy and low-cost option but do check their timetable in advance as the one I tried does not follow its own schedule.
